Since 1857, six generations of the Barber family have farmed dairy and produce in the heart of the Schoharie Valley. As one of the only American distilleries growing its own potatoes and using its own spring water, the superlative quality of our ingredients produces only the finest vodka, and the Barber family tradition of excellence continues.
